If you are new to us, we highly recommend using TELEHEALTH for your initial intake appointment. Here we will walk you through every step of the enrollment process, and assist you with completing all necessary paperwork before your first appointment at the clinic. This way when it's time for your session, we can focus on what's most important — your care.

  • Before your telehealth appointment, we will provide a link to open a video call for your scheduled time.
  • Once you are logged on, a provider will meet with you to review your health history, current symptoms, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Your treatment options will be explained, so you know what to expect from your first visit.

We specialize in making our patients feel welcome by keeping things simple, instead of using complicated clinical language. We make sure you understand every aspect of your care, every step of the way.
